Vehicle Damage Excess (VDE) Insurance
Our insurance company does not provide any “excess waiver” against our VDE security deposit.
There are a number of 3rd party companies who provide cover against the deposit. They can be searched on the internet.

If you are involved in an accident you may still be charged an excess, an agreed amount that you must pay towards a claim. We will cover your excess charges up to £1,000 and for any accidental damage to the exterior of your Motorhome, including the common areas for concern like the tyres, roof, windscreen and undercarriage. Our Campervan and Motorhome hire insurance is offered as an upgrade to our annual car hire policies for £29.99 (subject to IPT); with either our Excess Europe annual (£47.99) or Excess Worldwide annual (£69.99) policies.
